We’re passionate about pioneering the creation of spaces that are conducive for the work, the will, and the wonder of God. We believe that our role is to utilize our skills across audio, video, lighting, broadcast, and stage management to convey a message and meaning to people online and in person.

As we build the house, we are also committed to building each other. Across our team, we dedicate time to prepare and grow, utilizing the resources available for each role. We serve and worship out of the overflow of our preparation, building in margin to allow the Spirit to work through us and in our team.

Our commitment to growth goes beyond what we can do on a Sunday, but extends to who we are in our everyday lives. Our hope is that in serving on Production Team, both technical and leadership skills are deepened and each person would come away with a community that celebrates all wins as though they are their own.
